About the Role:Are you passionate about empowering Revenue teams to achieve their full potential? We’re looking for a strategic and innovative Sales Enablement Manager to elevate the performance of our growing sales organization.
In this role, you’ll develop and deliver enablement initiatives that drive efficiency, boost productivity, and directly impact revenue growth.
Working at the intersection of strategy, training, and technology, you’ll partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to create impactful programs and resources that set our sales team up for success.
What You'll Do:
- Design and implement sales enablement programs to enhance team knowledge and skills, including onboarding, professional development, and ad hoc initiatives.
- Create and maintain a repository of enablement content such as playbooks, slide decks, battle cards, and other tools, ensuring they are up-to-date, relevant, and easily accessible.
- Stay informed about industry trends, sales methodologies, and best practices.
- Share insights with leadership and establish excellence standards across teams.
- Assist sales leaders in leveraging data and coaching team members.
- Partner with Marketing, Product Marketing, Product, Finance, and other teams to align and support enablement initiatives.
- Work with stakeholders to establish KPIs to evaluate the impact of enablement initiatives.
- Continuously track and analyze sales performance, training outcomes, and content effectiveness to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations (RevOps) to streamline operations, improve productivity, and enhance overall sales performance.
- Work with RevOps to develop workflows and content that fully leverage our tech stack to support sales productivity and effectiveness.
- Plan and execute major sales events, including quarterly meetings, training sessions, Sales Leadership events, and the annual Sales Kickoff.
- Support our Anti-Racism and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (ADEI) mandate by (at a minimum) being aware of our ADEI commitment and initiatives and completing all required ADEI training
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales enablement and training, preferably within a B2B SaaS
- Proven experience designing, implementing, and facilitating synchronous and asynchronous training for diverse role levels, including leadership and individual contributors.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and instructional design software.
- Expertise with Salesforce and other sales applications; experience with a sales enablement platform is preferred.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across functional areas.
What we offer:
- Benefits & Well-Being: From day one, you’ll receive a benefits package focused on health & wellness, a generous time off policy, flexible extended benefits plan options, and company-wide Mental Health days off scheduled through the year. Our benefits package also includes maternity & parental leave top-up programs and access to Maple, Inklebot, and Headspace.
- Flexibility: We’re remote-first, contribution-focused and operate on mutual trust.
- Ownership: In addition to competitive pay and benefits, employees receive share options when joining the company.
- Culture: We value everyone’s voice, using our anonymous, anti-bias platform.
- Compensation: We pay fairly, considering the complexities of market rates, experience, location, and demand.
- Connection: We get together as a company every 1-2 years in cool locations and connect virtually monthly.
- Growth: You can join regular ADEI and Learning & Development sessions.
