Sales Executive ( Jakarta Sales Office)

This position is responsible for the Sales & Marketing Department activities. Plan and execute tasks in line with annual hotel strategy and business plan, targeting achievement/exceeding of sales targets.

• Handle incoming event leads through all channels.
• Provide detailed conference and events proposals (venue, function, menu, accommodation) to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate and host familiarization and site inspections.
• Assist in coordinating sales forecasts and suggesting strategies for target achievement.
• Maintain accurate account profiles in database systems.
• Ensure successful customer events, leading to client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Monitor competitor rate strategies, account penetration, and marketing activities for competitive advantage.
• Fully responsible for accounts under management, including business production, profile updates, and contracting/renewing contracts.
• Update management on VIP arrivals and meet & greet.
• Up-sell, cross-sell, and promote hotel facilities & services to maximize sales revenue.
• Negotiate for best profit and rates.
• Attend hotel client and local community business events for networking and visibility.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in similar role with proven track record.
• Excellent English reading, writing, and oral proficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and training skills.
• Excellent communication and customer contact skills.
• Service-oriented, detail-oriented, and ability to work in stressful situations.
• Team player, motivator, and self-starter.
• Well-presented and professionally groomed.
