Sales Operations AnalystThis is a contract opportunity.This is a hybrid opportunity in San Francisco or New York.
About this PositionWe’re seeking a strategic and operations-focused leader to join the Sales Strategic Planning & Operations team. In this role, you will drive organizational planning, strategic initiatives, and operational excellence. Your goal will be to enable revenue growth through data-driven strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, partnerships, marketing, and HR. This dynamic position requires you to adapt quickly and drive results within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and improve the planning process, including goal-setting, project prioritization, and headcount planning.
- Frame decisions and provide strategic input on scaling the Business Messaging operations.
- Partner closely with Sales and Partnerships leadership, along with other stakeholders, on business initiatives and special projects.
- Identify areas for improvement, efficiency, and collaboration across teams.
- Implement and manage go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment across functions.
- Combine data analytics and qualitative insights to make strategic recommendations.
- Lead and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to executive leadership, tracking progress on goals and priorities.
- Drive leadership meetings to align on opportunities and resolve key challenges.
Skills/Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in strategic planning and business operations, ideally in technology, messaging, or enterprise SaaS.
- Proven experience leading strategy, operations, and process improvement projects in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills with experience working at all levels of an organization.
- Expertise in analyzing sales revenue, pipeline reporting, and presenting business insights to leadership.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with commercial acumen.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, and related tools.
- Ability to multitask, balance priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
