Security SAAS client needs a GTM recruiter.
Six-month contract, possible extension/full-time conversion.
Remote position.
Required Experience:
- 4+ years GTM recruiting experience
- Experience at a Security SAAS company
- Fast-paced environment comfort
- Strong cybersecurity knowledge (email security, AI, ML, enterprise solutions)
- B2B SaaS and enterprise sales cycles familiarity (IT, security, C-suite buyers)
- Recruiter experience for: Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Technical Account Managers, Customer Success Managers (pre/post-sales)
- Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) & Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
- Recruiting for cybersecurity solutions (email protection, threat detection, response, AI tools, zero-trust)
- Candidates selling to enterprise customers (finance, healthcare, technology)
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity sales talent markets (quota/non-quota roles)
- Proven ability to find and engage passive candidates in competitive industries
- Experience building diverse pipelines in niche fields
