Full-Cycle Sales Representative
Join Reeseway Consulting's First Sales Cohort
We're looking for a driven sales professional to join our inaugural cohort. This is a full-cycle sales role, meaning you will own the entire process from start to finish.
What You'll Do:
Your core responsibilities will include ownership of the sales process:
- Lead Generation: Identify and prospect your own leads.
- Booking & Hosting Calls: Setting up and conducting calls to demonstrate the system's value.
- Closing Sales: Handle objections and successfully close deals.
- Handoff to Workflow Specialist: Pass the client to the founder for seamless onboarding and customization.
Who We're Looking For:
To succeed with us, you need to be:
- Proven Experience: You have a demonstrable track record of successfully closing sales.
- Independent: You are a self-driven, proactive individual who needs minimal oversight.
- Professional: Fluent English, present well on video calls, and represent the brand with pride.
- Resource-Ready: You have your own laptop, a reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a high-quality headset for calls.
- Collaborative: Positivity, honesty, and accountability are non-negotiable.
Bonus if you've sold software, SaaS, or B2B services before.
Compensation Structure:
This role is 100% commission-based. Commissions start at $250USD per close.
Remote-First & Fully Flexible.
