We seek a Salesforce DevOps Engineer to lead the end-to-end deployment lifecycle and guarantee the scalability and compliance of our Salesforce platform.
Ideal for those who enjoy building DevOps frameworks, optimizing deployment processes, and supporting system audits.
Role responsibilities include:
- Owning the Salesforce deployment lifecycle (CI/CD configuration, version control, post-deployment validation).
- Implementing and managing a Salesforce DevOps toolchain (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Jenkins).
- Coordinating testing and release readiness across Admin and Developer teams.
- Documenting and maintaining procedures for change management and deployment compliance.
- Serving as the primary liaison during audits, supporting documentation requests, and system access reviews.
- Driving continuous improvement of release processes and audit preparedness.
Requirements include:
- 3-5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, administration, or DevOps.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, deployment strategies, and sandbox environments.
- Familiarity with agile work management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred skills include:
- Experience with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, SOC 2).
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, DevOps Center Specialist).
- Experience designing or launching a DevOps strategy within Salesforce.
- Background in supporting platform audits or working in a regulated industry.
