We are seeking a skilled mid-level Salesforce DevSecOps Engineer to join our dynamic Salesforce team. This role combines development operations expertise with security best practices to ensure our Salesforce platform delivers secure, reliable, and compliant solutions for our healthcare operations. You'll work closely with our Salesforce Business Analysts, developers, and administrators to implement robust CI/CD processes using Copado while maintaining the highest security standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Copado for Salesforce deployments
- Collaborate with development teams to establish and enforce secure coding practices and deployment standards
- Monitor and optimize Salesforce application performance, security, and compliance
- Implement automated testing frameworks and quality gates within deployment pipelines
- Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scanning of Salesforce applications
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, FDA) throughout the Salesforce development lifecycle
- Troubleshoot Salesforce deployment issues and provide technical support for release management
- Implement monitoring and alerting solutions for Salesforce org health and performance
- Work with cross-functional teams to establish Salesforce security policies and governance frameworks
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in DevOps, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce platforms
- Hands-on experience with Copado CI/CD platform for Salesforce deployments
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform capabilities
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and branching strategies
- Understanding of security best practices and vulnerability management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or DevOps Center)
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA, FDA regulations)
- Copado certification or advanced Copado training
