Full-Time Salesforce Project Manager

We seek experienced project managers with business finance, analytics, and process improvement backgrounds to manage Salesforce projects for Higher Education and Nonprofit clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating and executing project workplans
• Identifying resources and assigning responsibilities
• Applying project management methodology and enforcing standards
• Identifying and mitigating risks
• Monitoring and achieving financial objectives
• Identifying and pursuing business opportunities
• Building strong client relationships

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience managing business system software implementations
• Experience with Advancement clients is ideal
• Experience with CRM, Salesforce.com preferred
• Consulting project management skills, including client relationship and communication management
• Experience managing project teams, scope, budget, and schedule
• Ability to manage staff throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Understanding of data modeling, data mapping, and/or data conversion
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience supporting business development activities
• Enthusiasm and ability to drive results
• Degree in Information Technology or Business with IT experience

Desired Skills:

• Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and industry specific solutions (EDA, Education Cloud, Ascend)
• Project management certifications (PMP, CSM)
• Experience with a hybrid model of Waterfall and Agile development methods

Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 base salary + bonus
