Full-Time Salesforce Senior DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities/Role - Design, implement, and supervise the DevOps strategy of the project. This includes but is not limited to:

• CI/CD workflow (version control and automated deployments)
• Test environment management
• Release documentation
• Monitoring developer workflow and ensuring code reviews are conducted
• Close collaboration with Quality Control, Technical Leaders, Senior Developers, and Architects to ensure the smooth delivery of build artifacts to Salesforce environments
• Implementing scripts using the Salesforce Metadata API and SFDX
• Refining technical user stories as needed, clearly articulating the technical solution required to meet a specific requirement
• Supporting the Technology Leader to ensure best practices are followed, providing mentorship and feedback on code review as needed
• Working with Technical Leaders to create technical design documents, ensuring adherence to design patterns
• Ownership of the development workflow for the development team and the ability to effectively guide and communicate the workflow to development teams

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development
• Extensive experience in CI/CD technologies, Git (version control), Salesforce Metadata API, SFDX
• Experience in large-scale integration using SOAP, REST, Streaming (including Lightning Events) and Metadata APIs, facilitating seamless Salesforce connection with other systems
• Excellent technical documentation skills
• High-level English proficiency
• Experience in the financial services industry
• Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Spanish language skills
