Full-Time Salesforce Staff Technical PM

Salesforce Staff Technical Program Manager at QuintoAndar:

We are looking for a talented Staff Technical Program Manager to lead and drive the successful implementation of a centralized Salesforce solution across our Business Units.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading Salesforce deployments in large corporations.
• Strong technical and program management knowledge.
• Leading large scope initiatives (80+ people involved).
• Navigating ambiguity and competing priorities.
• Driving alignment across all stakeholders.
• Master communicator (technical and non-technical audiences).
• Translating complex strategic goals into executable work.
• De-risking execution and taking calculated risks.
• Leading planning, coordination, execution, tracking, reporting, and implementation of large-scale strategic initiatives.
• Working closely with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Functions.
• Accountability for program success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field.
• 2+ years of program/project management experience.
• Solid understanding of the product development process.
• 5+ years of accumulated work experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with executive-level (VP+) audiences.
• Experience in developing large-scale customer support and back-office systems.
• Experience in developing tailored-made CRM solutions.
• Previous Salesforce implementation project experience.
