Salesforce Systems Manager
As a Salesforce Systems Manager, you will be the person responsible of the advanced system administration and configuration of Salesforce CRM platform.
Your Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the platform.
- Resolve end user issues and support users through training and documentation of system processes.
- Ensure data integrity through process automation and provide tools that allow teams to monitor data they are responsible for.
- Evaluate, implement, and maintain connection points to 3rd party tools to enhance the platform.
Other Responsibilities Include:
- SFDC System Administration
- End User Support
- Connected Apps (3rd Party)
- Tech Debt
- Reports and Dashboards
- Business Analysis
- SFDC Release Management
- Dev Ops for development environment
- User story requirements assessment
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- Professional degree: Bachelor's Degree
- Salesforce administration certification ideal. Advanced Salesforce certifications preferred.
- Knowledge of working with Salesforce Flows and Automation is a must
- Advanced English
