PURPOSE: This position provides primary support for ABAP programming, meeting client business needs. It involves leading development solutions, supporting business systems, liaising with offshore teams, and collaborating with Korea HQ to improve practices. The SAP ABAP Developer is responsible for ERP project assessment, execution, service delivery on CBU's SAP ERP instance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Deliver quality products as an ABAP technical lead and lead ABAP Projects.
- Provide programming solutions to various SAP functional areas.
- Respond to SAP ABAP production Issues and Research causes of problems.
- Propose and test corrective action with user department.
- Work with functional consultants for integration tests.
- Perform routine duties, record keeping, report preparation, and SAP system address management.
- Perform other duties as required.

STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT: Implement technology solutions cost-effectively by determining project/program requirements and communicating them to stakeholders. Improve or re-engineer business processes to increase efficiency.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent. 3+ years IT experience. 3+ years experience solving business problems with technology solutions (preferably Automotive/Manufacturing). Strong ABAP programming experience. Ability to explain technical concepts. Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven problem-solving abilities. Strong negotiation/persuasion and analytical skills. Strong system troubleshooting. Broad programming knowledge (dialog programming, BDC, SAP Script, Smart Form). In-depth knowledge of SAP systems and modules (PP/MM/SD/FI/CO/HR/BW). S/4 Hana knowledge preferred. SAP ABAP certification preferred.
