Job Details
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs and applications. Design, code, test, and implement SAP modules and applications. Work closely with functional teams to understand their requirements. Translate functional requirements into technical specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during development and implementation. Stay up to date with the latest SAP technologies and best practices. Ensure systems are running efficiently and effectively. Provide technical support and guidance to other team members. Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards are met. Document technical specifications and development processes. Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Perform system testing and validation procedures. Optimize and enhance existing SAP applications. Develop and maintain technical documentation. Assist in the planning and execution of SAP upgrades and migrations.
Requirements: + 7 years of ABAP programming experience (Especially HR module)
Strong knowledge of SAP modules and applications
Experience in RICEF developments
Experience with SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 is a plus
Knowledge of SAP integration technologies such as IDoc, RFC, and BAPI
Familiarity with SAP enhancement techniques such as user exits and BAdIs
Strong analytical problem-solving skills
Understanding of SAP data dictionary and database concepts
Experience with performance tuning and optimization of SAP programs
Good communication skills
