Job Details
Ensure the role development process for SAP systems aligns with Bosch’s global standards.
Monitor SAP projects and take ownership of all authorization-related topics.
Act as a key interface between user departments, project teams, and role development units.
Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders across the globe.
Support critical project phases including cutover, migration, go-live, and hypercare.
Provide technical consulting and support to SAP users facing authorization challenges.
Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in (Business) Informatics or a related field.
Experience: Solid understanding of SAP R/3, SAP S/4HANA and Fiori functional aspects; Proven experience in SAP authorization management and implementing authorization concepts.
Knowledge: Strong cross-module knowledge and ability to navigate complex SAP environments; Familiarity with global project coordination and stakeholder management.
Languages: Excellent communication skills in English.
Personality: Independent, structured, and customer-focused approach; Able to work effectively under time pressure and manage multiple priorities; Team-oriented mindset and openness to multicultural collaboration; Adaptable to change and fast-paced environments; Clear communicator with a proactive attitude.
