Job Details
We are hiring a Senior SAP Project Manager to lead a multi-phase SAP implementation within a CDMO/life sciences environment. Phase 1 focuses on PM and FICO modules, while Phase 2 covers the remaining SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle SAP implementations, starting with PM and FICO modules.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to meet project milestones.
- Ensure cGMP compliance for validation, change management, and documentation.
- Lead stakeholder communication and drive change management initiatives.
- Report project progress, manage risks, and ensure user adoption.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years SAP project management experience with multiple full-cycle rollouts.
- Background in life science or pharmaceutical industries.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP/GxP compliance and regulatory environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
