Full-Time SAP Integration & Dependency Lead

We are looking for an SAP Integration & Dependency Management Lead to support an enterprise-wide SAP transformation program by ensuring seamless alignment and integration across program teams. This role will be responsible for managing critical dependencies and supporting overall integration activities related to SAP S/4HANA initiatives within the program.

What You Will Be Doing:

1. Identify, track, and manage critical dependencies between program workstreams and other related projects/initiatives.
2. Ensure successful delivery of multiple SAP S/4HANA projects within the enterprise SAP program, focusing on IT-driven initiatives.
3. Lead and organize key technical project milestones, such as "Promote to Production," in alignment with relevant stakeholders.
4. Collaborate closely with Deployment Managers to facilitate all necessary integration and deployment activities.
5. Develop and maintain a shared vision for the SAP transformation program, coordinating end-to-end SAP solution integration and managing dependencies between work packages and program teams.
6. Ensure compliance with project quality management processes, methodologies, and templates.
7. Manage program stream cutover activities across multiple locations, ensuring consistency between technical cutover and business deployment activities.
8. Lead IT-relevant testing phases in coordination with program stream teams.
9. Support Key Design Decisions process definition and discussions.
10. Oversee and execute System Sanity Checks activities.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA program management, particularly in integration and dependency management.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale SAP programs with multiple workstreams.
• Expertise in SAP system integration, deployment management, and technical cutover planning.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and align cross-functional teams.
• Experience in IT project management, testing phases, and quality assurance within SAP programs.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address integration challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to facilitate discussions across program teams.
• Familiarity with compliance, governance, and program methodologies in SAP transformation projects.
