Contractor SAP Portal Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain functionalities within the SAP Portal to support customer service operations.
• Design and enhance self-service portals, knowledge bases, ticketing systems, and communication channels.
• Prioritize user experience to ensure efficient and seamless customer interactions with the system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer service requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SAP Portal functionalities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SAP Portal development, particularly in customer service-oriented functionalities.
