Contractor SAP Portal Functional Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and support of the SAP Portal for My Service Console (MSC) to enhance agent productivity and customer service.
• Develop and manage the New Permit Portal, providing customers with real-time insight into permit statuses.
• Implement and manage new solutions within MSC to streamline case generation and enhance overall case management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, develop solutions, and drive project execution.
• Ensure the alignment of SAP Portal solutions with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Provide expert guidance and support to team members and stakeholders on SAP Portal functionalities and capabilities.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth operation of the SAP Portal.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in SAP Portal development and management.
• Proven track record of successfully leading SAP Portal projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of My Service Console (MSC) platform functionalities and enhancements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in SAP technologies.
