Lead and manage SAP implementation projects, focusing on finance and accounting modules.
Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
Oversee the configuration and customization of SAP finance modules to meet business needs.
Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including executives, end-users, and IT teams.
Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new SAP systems and processes.
Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control requirements in SAP implementations.
Mentor and guide team members on SAP best practices and project management methodologies.
Analyze and optimize finance-related business processes within the SAP ecosystem.
Coordinate with external vendors and consultants as needed for project success.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Support Finance value stream.
5+ years of experience in SAP projects
Strong experience with S/4 HANA implementation
In-depth knowledge of finance and accounting processes
Proven experience with global design and roll-out strategies
Hands-on mentality and ability to lead cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
SAP Project Management certification (e.g., SAP Activate Project Manager)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with change management and process optimization
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Willingness to travel as required for project implementations
