Role Summary: The SAP S/4HANA RISE PCE – Segmentation Expert will lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Segmentation functionality in a fast-paced, live environment. Working closely with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Finance, IT), this consultant will drive best practices for inventory segmentation, allocation, and prioritization, ensuring the new processes align with evolving business requirements in retail and fashion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Segmentation Blueprint & Design:
- Analyze existing channel and inventory processes (e-commerce, retail, wholesale).
- Collaborate with users to define segmentation use cases, data flows, and reallocation scenarios.
- Establish guidelines for managing segment assignments.
- Configuration & Deployment:
- Configure SAP S/4HANA RISE PCE Segmentation functionalities.
- Integrate segmentation with relevant SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP) and external tools.
- Set up prioritization rules.
- Inventory Management & Data Integration:
- Define integration with third-party systems.
- Facilitate data feeds to planning tools.
- Change Management & Reallocation:
- Establish processes for reallocating inventory.
- Develop standard use cases.
- Documentation & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with stakeholders.
- Document best practices, user guides.
- Prepare knowledge transfer sessions.
