Scrum Masters keep business moving using Agile methodologies to ensure projects are delivered. As a Scrum Master, you’ll be confident in taking the lead and creating more opportunities to exercise your original thinking. Interpersonal communication is key, both in your own interactions and when facilitating those of others in your team. Your aim is to nurture collaboration and keep your team productive. You’ll have an eye for detail, the means to motivate, and a talent for making problems disappear. Your day-to-day tasks will offer plenty of opportunity to use your skills in team coordination and managing the workloads that come with it.

- You have at least a completed higher professional education (HBO);
- You are certified as a Scrum Master;
- You have at least 2 years of work experience as a Scrum Master, though more is welcome;
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;
- You have experience in designing and facilitating sessions for teams, including new methodologies such as liberating structures, sociocracy, or management 3.0;
- You are able to identify opportunities to support both clients and colleagues at Sopra Steria;
- Ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Experience with complex environments and making teams successful within that context.
