Full-Time Search Marketing Director

• SEO, AEO & Website Optimization: Own and evolve Redzone’s global SEO and AEO strategy.
• Lead website strategy and conversion optimization to transform traffic into qualified leads.
• Partner with Product Marketing to ensure content alignment across all digital touchpoints.
• Leverage analytics and experimentation to continuously improve performance.
• Paid Search: Manage and optimize paid search (SEM) campaigns in Google Ads.
• Analyze SEO and SEM performance to improve overall search visibility.
• Technology, AI & Analytics: Partner with Analytics to define KPIs and reporting frameworks.
• Champion AI-driven marketing initiatives such as predictive targeting and automated optimization.
• Evaluate, pilot, and scale emerging AI marketing technologies.
• Leadership: Bring strong cross-functional influence and collaboration skills.
• Coach and develop a team while cultivating a culture of innovation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, ideally within software/SaaS.
• Deep expertise in SEO and AI search optimization (AEO).
• Strong track record of website conversion optimization.
• Advanced understanding of marketing technologies across SEO/AEO, CMS, ABM, and analytics.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial tech is a strong plus.
