Role Overview
The SEO Project Manager ensures the smooth execution of SEO strategies developed by the Head of SEO. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts. You will be responsible for tracking SEO project deadlines, ensuring deliverables are met, and optimizing workflows to improve efficiency. Your work will directly impact the success of SEO initiatives for both the company and its clients.
Who You Are
- Have 3+ years of project management experience, preferably within SEO or digital marketing teams.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Can take ownership of tasks.
- An excellent communicator.
- Enjoy collaborating with content, outreach, and technical SEO teams.
- Comfortable with project management tools like ClickUp, Google Sheets, and Slack.
- Have experience working with international remote teams.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
- Oversee SEO project workflows.
- Track deadlines and proactively address bottlenecks.
- Work closely with SEO specialists to ensure smooth implementation.
- Optimize workflows to improve efficiency.
Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor project progress and provide updates.
- Maintain accurate records of SEO initiatives.
- Assist in compiling SEO performance reports.
Communication & Team Coordination
- Ensure seamless communication between the SEO team and other departments.
- Escalate issues to SEO leadership when necessary.
- Support the onboarding and training of new SEO team members as needed.
Reports to Head of SEO.
