About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our publications team.
Responsibilities:
- Support senior Client Services staff.
- Manage project budgets, including financial reconciliations.
- Develop and monitor project timelines to ensure high-quality deliverables on time and within budget.
- Maintain professionalism with internal and external clients.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree (life sciences preferred)
- 3+ years experience in project management or related field.
- Experience in medical communications or pharmaceuticals highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Relationship-building and team collaboration skills.
