Full-Time Senior Ad Ops Manager

We are seeking a Senior Ad Ops Manager to join our Advertising Technology team.

You will play a critical role in executing technical and IT projects, from planning to completion, ensuring timely, in-scope, and within-budget delivery.

Your role will influence the organization's future by implementing innovative solutions and optimizing project management processes.

Ideal candidate: Certified PMP professional with experience in fast-paced projects with evolving priorities, strong communication skills, and preferably experience in Cable or Ad Tech industries.

Responsibilities:

• All project-level activities for Ad Tech software platforms.
• Lead and develop comprehensive project plans, milestones, and resource management for meeting project objectives and deadlines.
• Maintain and enforce key Project Management deliverables (project plan/timeline, scope, requirements, communication plan, RAID log, RACI matrix, Go Live plan).
• Manage workstreams across projects, identifying and reporting on risks and gaps.
• Collaborate with PMO on cross-project dependencies.
• Coordinate meetings and deliverables between clients and third-party vendors, reporting on risks and issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate project risks and issues, holding project resources accountable, and reporting on issues requiring executive attention.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Understand project requirements (business & technical) and act as liaison between business users and the project team.
• Assist with ticket/bug management, team meetings, JIRA updates, and issue escalation to Program Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7-10 years of proven Project Management experience in technical or IT environments.
• Current PMP certification preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-priority environment.
• Proven ability to identify gaps, mitigate risks, and hold stakeholders accountable.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum and JIRA methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of technical concepts and the ability to collaborate with technical teams.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
