Are you passionate about transformation, collaboration, and continuous improvement? We are looking for a Senior Agile Analyst to work with our technology teams, focusing on facilitating retrospectives, conducting PDCA cycles, and boosting performance based on data and indicators.
This person will be a key player in connecting the daily work of the teams with strategic technology KPIs, such as delivery speed, system quality/availability, platform evolution, and financial efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate retrospective dynamics and action planning with technology teams.
- Conduct continuous improvement cycles (PDCA), promoting learning and constant evolution.
- Analyze and connect team performance data to strategic objectives.
- Encourage a culture of experimentation and accountability within squads.
- Monitor and report results of implemented actions.
- Support the evolution of agile maturity within teams.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience with agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
- Experience in technology and/or digital transformation environments
- Ability to read and interpret team metrics (velocity, lead time, bugs, etc.)
- Excellent communication, active listening, and ease in dealing with different profiles
- Proactive, analytical mindset, and facilitator profile
Differentials:
- Knowledge of DORA Metrics, SRE practices, or software engineering metrics
- Basic understanding of technology financial management (Capex/Opex, operational efficiency)
- Certifications in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, Kanban, Lean Six Sigma)
