Full-Time Senior Agile Coach - Affirmative Action

Daily Responsibilities:

• Support PO, PM, and Coordinators on Agile concepts, guiding their usage to maximize business benefits.
• Develop high-performance teams to enable faster delivery of solutions and products, improving alignment and transparency.
• Propose processes for developing flow metrics and indicators to track strategy.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Resolve conflicts, effectively understand team situations to report on deadlines, problems, and activity status.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in transforming teams, processes, and businesses through Agile.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Solid knowledge of Lean, process management, and continuous improvement.
• Strong coaching and organizational transformation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Jira and Confluence, automation management, workflow configurations, JQL expressions, data extraction, and metric analysis.
• Knowledge of business agility and organizational maturity (SAFe, Flight Levels, KMM, etc.).
• Knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel for generating reports and executive presentations.
• Knowledge of flow and business metrics for definition and tracking.
• Knowledge of Discovery methodologies for Products.
• Advanced English for communication with global teams (a plus).
• Knowledge of OKR (a plus).
• Knowledge of process automation tools like Power Automate (a plus).
• Knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, etc.) (a plus).
• Knowledge of DevOps culture and practices (understanding, not implementation) (a plus).
• Project and Agile certifications (PSM, CSM, KMP, KCP, PMP, SAFe) (a plus).
