Full-Time Senior Agile Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Agile Project Manager. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Program Management, you'll manage projects throughout the SDLC. Responsibilities include:

• Managing project execution and leading operational teams.
• Developing and executing project plans.
• Leading stand-ups and managing work across multiple technical teams and business units.
• Managing projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Inspiring and motivating teams, making informed decisions based on facts, and resolving issues swiftly.
• Developing and managing project plans for execution and completion across internal and external teams.
• Creating team metrics to track project progress and identify opportunities.
• Documenting and managing cross-team dependencies and risks.
• Managing programs for a portfolio subset.
• Creating and communicating regular status updates to all levels.
• Developing executive-level presentations and conducting reviews.
• Building operational readiness plans for a seamless transition from development to operations.
• Collaborating with Technical Product Owners and Business Leads.
• Participating in Agile ceremonies, resolving roadblocks, and ensuring the Definition of Done is met.
• Managing SDLC documentation.
• Coordinating and managing demos and production releases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in project management.
• 5+ years of experience with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira).
• 5+ years of Agile experience.
• Experience leading large-scale technology projects and programs.
• Enterprise-level experience.
• Executive-level presentation experience.
• Change management experience.
• Experience with IT software development methodologies and processes.
• Advanced knowledge of project management tools (Jira Software, Jira Plans, O365 Project, RACI matrix, RAID log).
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) preferred, not required.

Certifications (preferred):

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
