As a Senior AI Engineer, you'll build full-stack solutions, integrating AI into every product layer. You'll transform innovative ideas into production-ready features.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data scientists to shape the AI roadmap.
- Prototype and productionize AI features (e.g., natural language & multimodal processing, recommendations).
- Be an AI evangelist; experiment with cutting-edge models (LLMs, few-shot learning, RAG) and share insights.
- Own and improve key codebase components, ensuring robustness and scalability.
- Embrace ambiguity, experiment, and develop creative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Strong AI understanding and passion for applying AI to real-world problems.
- 7+ years of full-stack development experience, with a proven ability to build products from concept to production.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., ReactJS), Node.js/Express.js, cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS), and Python with ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Experience leveraging LLMs and tools to develop, deploy, and monitor AI models in production.
- Ability to solve complex problems creatively.
- Strong mentorship and collaboration skills.
