About the Role: We're expanding our team to seek a Machine Learning Architect with proven experience in technology consulting. You'll work directly with clients, building cutting-edge AI/ML solutions aligned with their business objectives. Responsibilities include both architecture and hands-on development in GCP cloud. You'll have a proven track record of leading technical projects and translating business needs into technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute machine learning projects end-to-end (proof-of-concept to production).
- Collaborate with business representatives to understand requirements.
- Manage all project phases: problem definition, data annotation, model development, deployment, and user training.
- Develop ML solution architecture on GCP, including MLOps.
- Stay current with industry trends in ML and adapt models to customer challenges.
- Establish credibility through technical excellence and value delivery.
- Build strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Masters (10+ years experience) or PhD (6+ years experience) in Machine Learning, NLP, or Deep Learning.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience architecting and building Machine Learning solutions.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with GCP cloud.
- Strong coding experience in Python and proficiency in relevant architectural patterns (e.g., microservices).
- Familiarity with Hugging Face, TensorFlow/PyTorch, transformer architectures, prompt engineering, agentic systems, LLMs.
- Agile methodology experience. Proficient in leading and guiding technical teams.
- Exceptional communication skills to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Travel: As needed.
Compensation: $128,300 - $219,230 (USD). Specific compensation will vary by state and experience.
