AI Team: The AI team works on productized Machine Learning (ML) across the Sword platform to enable AI Care. This involves projects like "Phoenix" and decision support systems.
Role Overview: Influencing the team's roadmap; partnering with stakeholders to scope ML initiatives; supporting execution and iteration; being the face of ML solutions; deep-diving into specific topics; acting as an enabler.
Key Responsibilities:
- Influencing the team's roadmap for high-impact ML initiatives.
- Partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders to scope initiatives.
- Supporting execution and iteration with tight feedback loops.
- Communicating ML solutions to end-users.
- Deep-diving into specific Sword topics for AI compatibility.
- Identifying and addressing risks, ambiguities, and future needs.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years experience as a Product Manager of a highly technical AI product.
- Experience in production-grade MLE/DS projects.
- Strong judgment over ML/DS topics.
- Strong communication skills (oral & written).
- Strategic critical thinking.
- Autonomy and self-direction.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with BigQuery and Looker.
- Experience with the Python data stack.
- Ability to identify and propose process improvements.
