Job Details
We are seeking a Senior Application Consultant to join our Professional Services team. In this customer-facing role, you’ll work closely with clients to successfully implement Engageware’s Appointment Scheduling solution. You will be a trusted advisor and subject matter expert. This is a cross-functional role that blends technical expertise, project management, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management & Customer Engagement: Lead customer onboarding and configuration projects. Translate business requirements into technical and functional designs. Drive customer satisfaction by proactively managing timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
- Technical Configuration & Integration: Customize solutions using Appointment Scheduler’s administrative interface and tools. Map and import client data into Appointment Scheduler using CSV or XML files. Configure integrations with systems like Microsoft Exchange, Google Workspace, Salesforce, SSO, and conferencing tools.
- Training, Support & Documentation: Deliver training for users, admins, and stakeholders. Troubleshoot business and technical issues. Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge base updates.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years implementing enterprise applications in a technical or consulting capacity
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in system integrations and APIs
- Post-secondary degree in a technical field
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Wrike
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- SaaS experience
- Financial services industry experience
