Full-Time Senior Automation Engineer

Seeking a Senior Automation Engineer with deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Automate platform and a demonstrated ability to reimagine and transform business processes.

This individual will design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and Implement End-to-End Automated Workflows: Develop complex automation solutions integrating multiple data sources, SaaS applications, and on-prem systems.
• Thought Leadership in Process Transformation: Engage with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenge legacy approaches, and design improved workflows.
• Overcome Technical Debt: Modernize legacy processes, apply RPA best practices, and refactor scripts/integrations.
• Enterprise-Wide Integration: Collaborate with teams to unify data sources and streamline operational flows.
• Continuous Improvement & Operationalization: Implement robust operational frameworks.
• Enable Ownership Post-Implementation: Provide guidance and training to operational leaders.
• Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Produce comprehensive documentation.

• Low-Code/No-Code & Scripting: Proficiency in low-code platforms and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Shell).
• Cloud Services & DevOps: Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and cloud environments.
• API Integration & Data Transformation: Skill in integrating with REST APIs and data transformations.
• Technical Debt Remediation: Demonstrated success in refactoring outdated solutions.
• Operationalization & Continuous Improvement: Adept at implementing QA, monitoring, and reporting.
• Security & Compliance Acumen: Knowledge of secure authentication and compliance frameworks.
• Communication & Leadership: Exceptional communication skills.
• Industry Experience: 7+ years in enterprise automation.
