Full-Time Senior Automation Engineer

Seeking a Senior Automation Engineer with deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Automate platform and a demonstrated ability to reimagine and transform business processes, not merely automate them.

This individual will design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient automation solutions that streamline operations, overcome substantial technical debt challenges, and help teams operate at peak efficiency. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a creative problem-solver, and a thought leader in end-to-end workflow optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement end-to-end automated workflows using Power Automate Flows, integrating multiple data sources and applications.
• Engage with stakeholders to deeply understand business processes, challenge legacy approaches, and design improved workflows.
• Identify and modernize legacy processes, apply RPA best practices, and refactor existing integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unify data sources and establish a cohesive enterprise automation ecosystem.
• Implement operational frameworks for automations, including monitoring, alerting, and reporting.
• Provide guidance and training to operational leaders to own and evolve automated processes.
• Produce comprehensive documentation, including architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and self-service guides.

Qualifications:

• Deep Expertise in Microsoft Power Automate: Proven mastery in building complex flows, custom connectors, and error handling.
• Process Transformation Mindset: Experience evaluating and redesigning business processes for efficiency.
• Low-Code/No-Code & Scripting: Proficiency in low-code platforms and scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Shell).
• Cloud Services & DevOps: Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines.
• API Integration & Data Transformation: Skilled at integrating with REST APIs and utilizing ETL/ELT tools.
• Technical Debt Remediation: Proven success in refactoring outdated solutions.
• Operationalization & Continuous Improvement: Implementing production QA, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms.
• Security & Compliance Acumen: Knowledge of secure authentication, data encryption, and compliance frameworks.
• Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication skills and ability to influence decision-makers.
• Industry Experience: 7+ years in enterprise automation, workflow engineering, or RPA roles.
