Full-Time Senior Automation Software Engineer

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to continuous improvement of testing strategies and processes.

1. Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reusable test automation frameworks.
2. Develop automated test scripts to validate system functionality, performance, and reliability.
3. Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
4. Execute and manage comprehensive system-level testing to ensure end-to-end quality.
5. Collaborate with development teams to define test scenarios and edge cases.
6. Identify, document, and track defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
7. Drive innovation and improvements in testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
8. Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies for automation and testing efficiency.
9. Partner with product managers, developers, and other QA engineers to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and acceptance criteria.
10. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality from a testing perspective.
11. Guide and mentor junior QA and automation engineers in best practices, scripting, and framework usage.
12. Provide technical expertise and training to team members as required.
13. Develop and maintain detailed documentation for test plans, frameworks, and automated test scripts.
14. Generate reports on test results, coverage, and quality metrics, ensuring visibility to stakeholders.
