Job Details
Independently Implement All Testing Activities: Effectively leverage client domain knowledge to enhance software quality.
Explore Client Product & Business: Utilize KMS's technical expertise to recommend optimal testing strategies, processes, technologies, and tools.
Daily Assignments:
- Participate in daily and weekly client meetings.
- Review requirements, specifications, and test artifacts for timely and meaningful feedback.
- Estimate testing effort and prioritize tasks.
- Develop, maintain, and execute tests.
- Report, track, and monitor defects.
- Collect data and report status.
- Analyze root causes of issues and address testing quality concerns.
- Coordinate work activities and stakeholders for high-quality, on-time product delivery.
Experience Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional software testing experience, including 5+ years in Mobile automation testing.
- Proven expertise in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using industry-standard tools (Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, JMeter, etc.).
- Experience with test strategy, test heuristics, test planning, various test techniques (black box, risk-based, exploratory, non-UI testing).
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud and CI/CD (AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including client interaction.
- Proficient in English communication.
