Full-Time Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join a project with Miratech's trusted global partner, focusing on testing Conversational AI applications (chatbots and voicebots).

Responsibilities Include:

• Designing and executing functional and regression test scripts to ensure high system performance and reliability.
• Preparing functional test cases and corresponding test data.
• Conducting call routing and skill-based testing.
• Ensuring high attention to detail and delivering quality results with a strong work ethic.
• Collaborating effectively within a team and communicating clearly.
• Identifying, assessing, and managing project risks proactively.
• Supporting and managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Providing occasional evening or weekend support during system deployments.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of IT experience
• 3+ years of experience in testing Genesys IVR applications and Conversational AI solutions.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with IVR testing tools (CYARA Velocity, CYARA Virtual Agent, CYARA Cruncher).
• Proficient in TTS augmentation, SSML tags, and audio augmentation.
• Skilled in functional test case creation and test data preparation.
• Experience with Splunk for query execution and log validation.
• Expertise in call routing and skill-based routing testing.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive work ethic, and results-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to identify, assess, and manage risks.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Flexibility to provide evening or weekend support during system deployments.
