Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer (C#/.NET) to join our dynamic and rapidly growing international team. You will contribute to a key project in the Conversion Group.

- Write high quality code, fully covered with tests.
- Contribute to initial solution design for critical features or complex refactors.
- Engage in architectural discussions.
- Apply best practices to improve existing code.
- Collaborate in separating features into independent services.
- Actively participate in teamwork (Scrum, BE Tribe).
- Drive and support team's focus on technical OKRs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical knowledge of backend engineers.
- Identify, document, and prioritize technical debt.
- Flag and ensure technical debt is documented.
What makes you a great fit?
- Minimum 5 years of experience with C# and .NET Core.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
- Good knowledge of Domain-Driven Design.
- Experience with Entity Framework & PostgreSQL.
- Good practices in Unit Testing and Integration Testing.
- Strong understanding of security best practices for APIs and data privacy.
- Experience with container managers (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms.
- Strong analysis skills to understand existing code.
- Excellent grasp of SOLID principles.
- Good level of spoken and written English.
