Full-Time Senior BIM Manager

Senior BIM Manager will work with a skilled team, implementing BIM from strategy to project level for global clients.

Duties Include:

• Capturing client requirements and developing a BIM strategy.
• Strong understanding of Civil/Architecture/Mechanical design & construction.
• Authoring key BIM documentation and workflows aligned with industry best practices.
• Leading and managing BIM implementation within client organizations.
• Communicating BIM strategy, documentation, & workflows to stakeholders.
• Identifying risks and mitigations.
• Interfacing with clients, design teams, and contractors.
• Leading & managing teams.
• Facilitating stakeholder meetings & workshops.
• Reviewing project models and conducting clash detection.
• Analyzing construction documentation and project data.
• Writing detailed reports.
• Peer reviewing colleague's work, maintaining Turner & Townsend quality.
• Supporting colleagues with project deliverables.
• Contributing to BIM documentation and processes.
• Creating and contributing to bid proposals.
• Providing line management.
• Researching and developing emerging technologies.
• Championing digital services.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) preferred.
• 5+ years of post-graduate BIM management experience in commercial real estate.
• Data Center project delivery experience preferred.
• Understanding of emerging technologies.
• Knowledge of industry and international BIM standards.
• Strong understanding of construction.
• Working knowledge of BIM-enabled project roles/responsibilities.
• Experience with key BIM documentation, common data environments.
• Proficient in 3D modeling software (Revit, ArchiCAD, etc.).
• Experience with model interrogation and clash detection software (Solibri, Navisworks, etc.).
• Ability to learn new software.

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year.
