Full-Time Senior BIM Manager

Senior BIM Manager will work with a highly skilled team implementing BIM from strategy to project level for global clients.

Responsibilities:

• Capture client requirements and develop BIM strategies.
• Understand Civil/Architecture/Mechanical design and construction.
• Create key BIM documentation and workflows aligned with best practice.
• Lead and manage BIM rollout and implementation within client organizations.
• Communicate BIM strategies, documentation, and workflows to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and appropriate mitigations.
• Interface with clients, design teams, and contractors implementing BIM methodologies.
• Lead and manage teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops.
• Review project models, conduct clash detection.
• Analyze construction documentation and data against project requirements.
• Write detailed reports.
• Peer review colleague work maintaining quality measures.
• Support colleagues with deliverables.
• Develop and maintain Turner & Townsend BIM documentation and processes.
• Create and contribute to bid proposals.
• Provide line management to colleagues.
• Research and develop emerging technologies.
• Champion digital services.
• Adhere to SOX controls (where applicable).

Skills:

• Understanding of emerging technologies supporting clients.
• Knowledge of industry and international BIM standards.
• Strong understanding of construction.
• Knowledge of BIM enabled project roles/responsibilities, documentation creation/maintenance.
• Knowledge of common data environments.
• Proficiency with 3D modeling software (e.g., Revit, ArchiCAD).
• Understanding of construction documentation and site experience.
• Proficiency with 3D model interrogation and clash detection software (e.g., Solibri, Navisworks).
• Desire to learn new software skills.
