Full-Time Senior Business Analyst

REQUIREMENTS

We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst who has:

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience working with financial institutions or in the fintech industry - MUST
• Strong analytical and communications skills
• Ability to create detailed requirements for engineering teams (user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.), consider dependencies and assess potential risks
• Experience delivering customer-facing web solutions
• Significant experience in gathering, eliciting, and documenting business and functional requirements using Agile project principles and methodologies such as JIRA/Confluence
• Problem-solving mindset
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English (Advanced Level)

Would be a plus

• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance processes in the payment space
• Understanding of business processes
• Technical background

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements
• Understand customer challenges and key business goals through discovery calls, discussions, and workshops
• Gather, analyze, organize and document business requirements within the scope of the contract and translate this into specific technical requirements for the development team
• Defining and prioritizing high-level requirements
• Specifying low-level requirements based on spoken and written communication with the technical customer
• Working closely with the design team and reviewing visual prototypes
• Functional testing of the self-prepared part of the scope
• Analyzing 3rd parties API documentation and creating integration requirements for back-end developers
• Manage requirements by creating use cases, specifications, UML diagrams, wireframes, etc.

This role will enable you to work with crucial business teams within the customer's company and understand the inner workings of our business.
