Full-Time Senior Business Analyst - Remote

Salary Range: $120,000 to $130,000 yearly. Pay rate varies based on skills, experience, and location.

Responsibilities:

• Leads efforts for low and moderate-complex projects and low-complexity programs.
• Supports highly complex projects and all levels of programs.
• Formulates and defines business process and systems scope and objectives for programs/projects through research and fact-finding, business process analysis, and requirements management.
• Recommends and applies process improvement methodologies and principles; proposes, completes, and analyzes business/data/hybrid models, identifying best practices, documenting performance measurements, and identifying business/technology solutions.
• Provides group facilitation, interviewing, training, and knowledge transfer to stakeholders.
• Provides expertise to business analysis framework improvement programs.
• Applies business analysis independently on moderately to highly complex projects: scoping, requirements elicitation, business process modeling, requirements management, feasibility, and cost-benefit analysis.
• Provides functional expertise for project backlog creation and maintenance, and weekly project-wide design discussions.
• Participates in Scrum ceremonies (kickoffs, planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives, demos).

Required Skillset:

• 15+ years of related experience with increasing responsibility.
• Advanced knowledge of relevant technologies.
• Advanced analytical, project planning, negotiating, interpersonal, and communication skills (written/oral).
• Cost-benefit analysis, trending, forecasting, and financial analysis skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lead moderately complex business analysis efforts.
• Technical expertise in business analysis disciplines.
• Strong communication, facilitation, document writing, and presentation skills.
• Provide screen mocks for new/rewritten functionality
• Interact with business stakeholders for signoff on designs, flow, and functionality

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.

Clearance Requirement: US Citizen, active IRS clearance (MBI) or ability to obtain/maintain.
