Full-Time Senior Business Product Manager, IRM

Summary: The Senior Manager, Global Finance Product is responsible for developing and maintaining the product roadmap for Integrated Risk. A bold, curious, results-oriented individual who thrives in a matrixed environment and can build bridges across silos is ideal. You will drive solutions by collaborating across functions. You will be responsible for building a multi-faceted roadmap serving business strategy across finance, legal, procurement, and other cross-functional stakeholders. You will execute a governance framework across complex stakeholders and critical business functions.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Lead development and execution of the internal IRM product strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and create a roadmap.
3. Lead governance, communication, and collaboration across stakeholders.
4. Partner with Program Management, Change Management, Finance, and Digital Technology teams.
5. Champion the business, translating strategy into business cases, value definitions, and initial requirements for new products.
6. Identify and reconcile roadmap dependencies.
7. Prioritize opportunities to align and co-develop solutions with technology and engineering teams.
8. Engage in all product development activities.
9. Support program management, change management, and go-to-market on product marketing strategy.
10. Apply product principles to automate processes, innovate on the ServiceNow platform, and deliver a simplified experience.
11. Develop and deliver effective communications to various audiences.
12. Provide thought leadership on enhancing product maturity and supporting internal training.
13. Experience with AI and/or integrating AI into processes is a plus
14. Experience preferred in SOC, Internal Audit, Cyber Security, Security, Vendor Risk, Business Continuity, Ethics policies and compliance

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in risk management or financial services.
• Strong understanding of integrated risk management principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.
