Senior Business Systems Analyst

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, optimize and streamline revenue-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Roadmap & Project Oversight: Own and drive the Rev Ops Systems Roadmap, ensuring optimization for business strategy and time/resource management.
• Project Scoping & Requirements: Scope, define, prioritize project requirements, translate conceptual requirements into functional ones for clarity. Conduct interviews, workshops, and research to gather requirements.
• Requirements Analysis: Establish project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics. Prioritize requirements with stakeholders.
• Technical Collaboration: Research third-party products to meet requirements, participate in solution QA to ensure optimization. Verify requirements for completeness and consistency.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Communicate changes to project managers, sponsors, and stakeholders. Serve as SME and point of contact for the revenue tech stack. Handle tech administration tasks (user creation, troubleshooting, training).

Essential Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in business systems analysis, preferably within revenue operations.
• Strong analytical skills for complex data and processes.
• Knowledge of software/tools: SQL, CRM systems, data visualization tools.
• Project management experience (planning, execution, monitoring).
• Excellent communication (verbal/written) for effective stakeholder interactions.
• Problem-solving skills.
