Full-Time Senior Change Consultant

This role reports to the Senior Change Manager and is responsible for leading the change process and deliverables for implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading change process and deliverables for implementations.
• Ensuring user adoption, focusing on people side of change (business processes, systems, technology, job roles, organization structure).
• Delivering change management activities per approach and plan, ensuring client readiness for go-live and beyond.
• Assessing change impact across systems, processes, roles, and skills.
• Driving consistent messages about changes with client leadership teams using a change network approach.
• Creating and executing communication and stakeholder plans to engage users, support business, and facilitate change.
• Developing engagement packs and materials aligned with project messaging.
• Ensuring alignment of activities with the training delivery team.
• Facilitating business process change with business teams and process owners, rolling out new ways of working.
• Assisting with business readiness assessments and adapting plans based on outcomes.
• Facilitating Hypercare support for end users (floor walkers, training, drop-in sessions).
• Conducting post-go-live adoption surveys.
• Reporting progress to Consultancy Change Manager, raising and mitigating risks, and ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in organizational change management projects.
• Experience in developing change solutions for large-scale, complex transformation projects (e.g., ERP implementations).
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong communication (oral and written), presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Business process and re-design experience.
• Change Management qualification preferred but not essential.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Results-focused, business acumen, analytical, and structured thinking skills.
• Consulting skills (team facilitation, conflict management, business case development).
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Fin/Ops or CRM (an advantage).
• Ability to work in high-pressure, rapidly changing environments with ambiguity and diverse opinions.
• Strong MS Office application experience.
