Senior Change Manager role focused on organizational change and end-user adoption.
Key responsibilities include creating and implementing change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. Also managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
Skills include ProSci certification and strong communication, analytical and data analysis skills.
Expertise needed in data center or substation portfolio planning or construction environment, preferably on a global program.
Global Change Management: Manage change across a global portfolio management office.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage sponsors, employees, and users to shape, plan, and deliver business readiness and change.
Solution-oriented: Analyze business processes, anticipate requirements, identify improvements, and develop/implement solutions.
Communication & Documentation: Communicate plans & insights, document and interpret results, create reports & presentations.
Change Management Processes: Apply Prosci 3-phase process and ADKAR model; use change management tools like impact & readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, communication plans, training plans, etc.
Project & Team Management: Facilitate & manage user acceptance testing, support project teams, and work with the central team.
