Full-Time Senior Clinical Coding Auditor & Trainer (RN / CPC / CIC / CCS)

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain inpatient-coding audit processes and training materials.
• Conduct coding education and compliance training for new and existing staff.
• Audit inpatient records and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve coding errors.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of audit and training programs.
• Participate in limited travel (approx. 10% annually).

What You’ll Need

• Active RN license + CPC, CIC, or CCS certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of nursing, auditing, or training experience in managed care.
• Proven ability to present, coach, and write effectively.
• Prior inpatient-coding audit experience strongly preferred.
