Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience, and six (6) years of project management experience in implementing large to enterprise-scale complex projects
Preferred Qualifications:- 6+ years of experience in a healthcare environment.
- Experience with Epic
- Hospital Experience
- Ability to implement strategies for effecting change, controlling change, and helping people to adapt to change.
- Strongly prefer candidates with a healthcare background.
- In-depth understanding of human relations, group dynamics, change theory, and improvement methodologies.
- ITIL/COBIT/LEAN/PMP or other industry certifications are a plus
- Familiarity with various project mgmt. methodologies, including agile, scrum, waterfall, etc.
Plans, executes, and finalizes several small to large-scale projects simultaneously and according to strict deadlines and within budget. Defines the project's objectives and oversees quality control throughout its life cycle.

- Lead the cross-functional project team, coordinating project deliverables for assigned projects.
- Ensure the project is completed on time and on budget.
- Interface directly with internal resources, vendors, partners, and clients.
- Manage resources and activities to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Primary interface between the customers, vendor, and project team members on assigned projects regarding issue escalation, financial questions, and management issues.
- Assist in the establishment and maintenance of documentation for procedures, processes, and reports as they relate to the projects.
- Work with leadership to identify Key Performance Indicators as they relate to the projects.
- Ensure process efficiency by implementing/following processes and procedures that support the key performance indicators.
- Suggest improvements to the process
- Clinical IS Experience is a must
- Build strong relationships with vendors and project team members
- Fundamental understanding of IT systems and architecture
- Critical thinking, flexibility, ability to serve as a change agent, ability to provide encouragement, and to stimulate innovative thinking under adverse conditions and short deadlines.
- Ability to lead large-scale projects, which may include those requiring multi-disciplinary coordination and significant vendor collaboration.
- Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal, and presentation), and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, decisive, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to handle urgent and multiple unplanned priorities.
- Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills; both written and oral, with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management.
- Creates and promotes a culture of excellent customer service.
