Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
Opportunity: As a Senior Cloud Operations Engineer I, you'll collaborate with a global team of cloud engineers, customer support, development, architecture, and QA teams to implement and support new features for Incentive Compensation Management products. You'll guide technical work on services supporting the Incentive Compensation Management pipeline and contribute to team scaling by mentoring cloud engineers and monitoring service quality.

Skills Required
Technical Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience with 4+ years of professional experience in CloudOps / DevOps.
- Experience supporting, maintaining, and developing on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, IBM).
- Automation and software development experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python).
- Experience with client-facing production services and incident management.
- Ability to learn innovative technologies and frameworks.
- CI/CD pipeline development and management experience.
- Knowledge of infrastructure and application performance monitoring solutions.
- Knowledge of RDP, SSH, TLS, core networking concepts, IP space, DNS, VPN.
- Experience with enterprise databases.
- Strong Linux and Windows server knowledge (physical and containerized deployments/management).
- Container application implementation and troubleshooting with Docker Engine, images, and Docker Management Utilities (Kubernetes).
- Service Monitoring & Log Management Tool knowledge.
- Application Performance Monitoring (APM) experience (health service dashboards, KPIs, metrics).
- Knowledge of various communication technologies and platforms.

- C2 level English or higher required.
Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure service requests to customer-focused resolutions and improvements.
- Monitor and tune application infrastructure/services for optimal performance, availability, and resource utilization.
- Automate application configuration, setup, and deployment with application teams.
- Provide technical solutions to automate processes/functions for enhanced business operations.
- Engineer, deploy, and support releases, enhancements, and upgrades across non-production and production environments.
- Be flexible with work hours to align with global Cloud teams.
Short Term (1-3 Months): Training on tech stack, supporting/optimizing/improving production environments, learning service observability & APM stack, and customer service request workflows/technologies.
Medium Term (4-6 Months): Leading customer service requests, monitoring and tuning application infrastructure, collaborating with application teams to automate changes, and providing technical solutions.
Long Term (7 Months+): Become subject matter expert on new features/enhancements, lead technical discussions/design, identify process improvement opportunities, and work with architecture, development, and QA teams.
