About InvoiceCloud: InvoiceCloud is a leading provider of online bill payment services. Founded in 2009, they help institutions improve customer experience, loyalty, and efficiency while reducing churn and missed payments. With over 50 million payments processed annually, InvoiceCloud is a secure and innovative fintech solution. They are refactoring their cloud-hosted SaaS solutions using Agile "C" practices (CI/CD). This includes establishing nimble applications (microservices), resiliency (Blue/Green deployment, DR/HA), and hardening security practices.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement 99.99% uptime for critical networking solutions (firewalls, VPC, load balancers, gateways, Cloudflare).
- Actively engineer, code, test, document, and rollout networking solutions using IaC patterns.
- Design and implement security architectural patterns for microservice transformation.
- Collaborate with external/offshore resources.
- Contribute to PCI, PADSS, SOC Type2, and SOX audit initiatives.
- Maintain a 70%+ track record of meeting project goals/milestones.
- Drive architecture & design decisions.
Skills Required:
- Deep knowledge of cloud services (PaaS/IaaS), specifically Azure, with the ability to expand to other cloud offerings.
- Knowledge of SDN in cloud/firewalls.
- Ability to code Terraform using best IaC practices.
- Ability to manage and optimize cloud costs.
- Proficiency in DevOps practices, particularly IaC and security.
- Ability to implement system observability (applications/infrastructure).
- Knowledge of containerization and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible or DSC).
Optional Skills:
- Knowledge of gitops methodologies.
- Ability to write IaC test cases (using Go/Python).
- Experience working in Agile mode.
- ADO pipelines experience.
- C# programming (application and unit testing).
- DB schema definition (SQL and NoSQL).
- SQL/NoSQL coding.
- UI code (React/Angular) and supporting test cases.
